Text on the meme

What it means

Two surreal cartoon characters sit in a room and watch a television showing a strange green figure beside a man, with handwritten-looking text on the screen. The absurd scene works as a reaction meme for confusion, bizarre entertainment, or watching something increasingly unsettling.
