Dear Basketball Dunk Fail

Text on the meme

dear basketball

What it means

A person holds a basketball hoop while another person awkwardly attempts a handstand or acrobatic move with a basketball in a driveway outside a house. The caption “dear basketball” humorously treats basketball like a beloved addressee while showing chaotic, incompetent play, making it suitable as a reaction to an embarrassing attempt or desperate farewell.
