Chinese Coast Guard Goes Full Speed

No one: The Chinese Coast Guard on August 11, 2025:

A rapid montage begins with a uniformed helmsman dramatically steering, then cuts to footage of a Chinese Coast Guard vessel charging toward and colliding with another boat at sea. The joke exaggerates the incident as if the coast guard were deliberately acting like an overconfident action-movie captain, with the vehicle footage and escalating impact making the reaction absurd. It is used to joke about reckless maritime behavior, aggressive maneuvers, or a situation spiraling out of control.
