How sleeping with a fever feels

What it means

A rapidly changing SpongeBob SquarePants video shows SpongeBob and Squidward dancing and morphing through increasingly distorted, overheated-looking scenes. The caption compares fever dreams and restless sleep to surreal, chaotic animation, with Boards of Canada’s “Gyroscope” adding an eerie, hypnotic electronic pulse that makes the joke feel more disorienting. It is shared as a reaction to being sick, delirious, or unable to sleep normally.
