DreamWorks Shrek 5 Plot Theory

How Dreamworks expects us to react to Shrek 5 when his teenage daughter (Zendaya) wants to see the world outside the swamp but Shrek is overprotective so they have a huge fight where she’s like “I’m not your little girl anymore” and Shrek is like 😭🤬 and she tries to sneak off and instead gets into trouble and Shrek has to reunite with Donkey, Piss in Boots, and a totally random new character to save her only to discover that she’s been kidnapped by LORD FARQUAAD who it turns out was vomited out by the dragon after the events of the first movie and has been hiding ever since, who intends to marry Shrek’s daughter since she has royal blood in her and fulfill his evil lifelong goal. In the final battle, all of the other characters from the previous movies band together and defeat Farquaad for good. As everyone heads home, Shrek and his daughter have a heart to heart where Shrek tells her that he knows she’s not his little girl anymore and she says “oh dad, I’ll always be your little girl 🥺” and it’s all sweet for a second and then she’s like “oh by the way I have a boyfriend” and we pan over to this kid who is obviously a CG version of Tom Holland and he’s like “hi 😎” and Shrek is like 😭 “WHAAAAT” and then we smash cut to the credits where a hip hop remix of All Star plays
