Selfie Location Escalation

Text on the meme

Boston, Massachusetts Nueva Esparta Dubai, United Arab Emirates

What it means

A woman takes nearly identical bathroom selfies while apparently checking in from Boston, Nueva Esparta, and Dubai. The final panel shows a surreal aerial scene with a huge cluster of balloons, escalating the joke into absurd travel-location flexing. People send this as a reaction to exaggerated geotags, repeated selfies, or implausible stories about where someone is.
