My Wife Hit Me Today

My wife hit me today and I don’t know how to respond. My 30m wife 27f has never laid her hands on me or treated me unkindly before. We have a wonderful relationship. She is a stay at home mom and is a great mother. I recently got us in some debt and I didn’t tell her until she got an email that our bank account was overdrawn by a large number. That is my fuck up, I own it. I was outside mowing the lawn when she found out and she came out and asked me about it. I told her I was trying to pay it off before she found out and was unsuccessful. She waited until I was done talking then she slapped me as hard as she could and told me if I ever did it again she would leave and take our child, because she will not be in a marriage where her husband keeps things from her and this was my one warning.
