Evil Plans by the Lava Lamp

Text on the meme

yes peanut, feel the evilness and make evil plans for this world

What it means

A small fluffy kitten sits in the dark, intensely staring at a glowing orange lava lamp or fire-like light. The dramatic Resident Evil-style music makes the harmless cat look like a sinister mastermind plotting evil plans, making the clip work as an absurd reaction meme.
