How it feels to be in public

What it means

A small video-game character in a dark rocky tunnel faces a giant eyeball on a stick. The absurd image humorously represents the uncomfortable feeling of being watched and overwhelmed whenever you are out in public, so it is used as a reaction to social anxiety and overstimulation.
