Rabbi Disguise Criminal Impersonation

Text on the meme

BUSTED: Police say a Tennessee man faces criminal impersonation charges after he entered a Jewish center wearing an orthodox Jewish rabbi costume.

What it means

A news post shows a mugshot of a bearded man beside a photo of him wearing an Orthodox Jewish rabbi costume inside a Jewish center. The joke is the absurdly literal disguise and the fact that he was charged with criminal impersonation after pretending to be a rabbi. It is used as a reaction to someone attempting an obvious or ridiculous impersonation.
