Cat registers a car

Text on the meme

căr registration

What it means

A close-up of a cat touching its nose to a smartphone with a fingerprint scanner. The caption jokes that the cat is completing car registration, confusing biometric phone registration with registering a vehicle. It works as an absurd reaction to bureaucracy or an unexpectedly official task.
