I Hate Myself Also Me
“I hate myself” Also me:
Jim Carrey sits beneath a large formal portrait of himself in an ornate wood-paneled room. The joke is self-deprecating: someone says they hate themselves, yet their inner self still appears proud, composed, and self-admiring. It is used as a reaction to hypocrisy, mixed feelings, or jokingly criticizing oneself while secretly enjoying one’s own behavior.
