THE HORSE-SIZE HORSE GIRLS

What it means

A cartoon character in a sailor-style outfit stares intensely at a tall anime horse girl against a blue background. The joke exaggerates the size of horse girls, presenting an absurdly large version as something shocking and overwhelming. It is used as a reaction to unexpectedly huge characters or extreme horse-girl fandom.
