I will own nothing... and be happy... WORKED AT BLIZZARD AWARD

What it means

A crying person wearing glasses holds a blue-and-yellow award reading “WORKED AT BLIZZARD AWARD” beneath the caption “I will own nothing... and be happy...”. The joke mocks corporate or dystopian promises of happiness without ownership, while sarcastically celebrating having worked at Blizzard as if it were a prestigious achievement.
