How Demons Look Across Cultures

Text on the meme

How demons are portrayed according to each culture: 佛正祷 BILL DES EGOULES JUIVS Mutter Europa „Und sollte ich diesem Teufel nur eines meiner Sinner überlassen müssen, es wäre mein Tod“

What it means

A 10.1-second slideshow cycles through grotesque historical and illustrated depictions of demons from different cultures, including Asian folklore, caricatures, a purple horned monster, and “Mutter Europa.” The joke is the exaggerated contrast between cultural portrayals, ending on a grim European allegory; the dramatic music makes the sequence feel ominous and mock-epic. The clip uses “All Eyez” by Flight, giving the visual montage a dark, cinematic reaction-video mood.
