Is That an Egg on Pizza?

Text on the meme

What it means

A screenshot of an Instagram story reply shows a table full of Italian food in Milan, including pizza topped with what appears to be an egg. The joke is that the absurdly specific egg-on-pizza detail is treated as the real reason for the trip, mocking food-focused travel reactions.
