What it means

A man kneels on a rug and struggles with a large glass water jug before the clip abruptly cuts to Rick Astley smiling in the “Never Gonna Give You Up” music video. The sudden transition turns the apparent household task into a visual rickroll, with the upbeat 1980s pop song making the bait-and-switch feel playful and triumphant.
