Confused About Their Relationship

I am very confused about their relationship 🤔😂

Three cats sit together on a wooden ledge while the black-and-white cat interacts affectionately with the other two. The cats shift positions and nuzzle each other, making their relationship look confusing and oddly intimate. It is used as a reaction to complicated, ambiguous, or hard-to-understand relationships.
