Without a strong local community, doomed to a life of loneliness. 15-50: Disturbed backerman You live in society but actively avoid the botnet. Lack of social media causes social rejection. Evasion may attract extra attention by government spies. Paranoia affects your mental health. 50-150: Normie zone You've given in to the botnet. Trillion dollar corporations cyberstalk your whole life and archive your every move into their databases. Likely to be gulaged in 2030 for browsing history in 2019. >150: Cattle Complete absorption by the botnet. Because there is little thought or action unprompted by the ads constantly beamed into your brain, will probably not be gulaged. You encourage others to join the botnet.
A dark-background infographic assigns points for everyday technology use and subtracts points for privacy-conscious habits. The joke is that ordinary internet users are scored as increasingly absorbed by a sinister “botnet,” while extreme privacy users become isolated “Amish” outsiders. It is shared as a cynical reaction to surveillance, social media, smart devices, and corporate data collection.
