POV: It’s 2007

Pov: it's 2007 Windows Vista Resident Evil 2 msn Disney DVD Pure Digital Magic

What it means

A nostalgic 21-second montage recreates childhood around 2007: a bedroom, an old BlackBerry, Windows Vista discs, a CRT television loaded with games, MSN Messenger, a cluttered computer setup, Disney DVD, and a handheld game in the car. The joke is the exaggerated flood of dated technology and childhood memories, making it a reaction for feeling suddenly transported back to the late 2000s. The dreamy ambient track “aquatic ambience” by Scizzie gives the montage a soft, wistful, almost surreal nostalgia.
