CERN Animal Shelter for Computer Mice

CERN Animal Shelter for Computer Mice We are back!!! After the disaster early 2012, we have been able to secure new funds and are happy to announce the reopening of the CERN Animal Shelter for Computer Mice on the lawn in front of the CERN Computer Centre. Our shelter is open all week-days from 8:30 to 17:30. In the hay... Eating... Drinking... Cuddling... Playing... Panicking...

A fake CERN animal shelter website presents computer mice as rescued animals living in hay, eating, drinking, cuddling, playing, and panicking. The joke treats ordinary computer mice as literal animals and parodies an official institutional announcement, making it useful as an absurd reaction to computer problems or chaotic situations.
