Life on Mars vs Life on Earth

Text on the meme

LIFE ON MARS LIFE ON EARTH Woah, is that actual bacteria?!?!?! AMAZING! We found life on Mars. That’s not a life. A person exists at birth. If it’s inside of a mother, it’s not an actual life yet.

What it means

A split image compares Mars with Earth. A magnified microscopic form on Mars is called amazing evidence of life, while a fetus in a mother’s womb is dismissed as “not an actual life yet,” creating an ironic pro-choice versus scientific double-standard joke. It is used as a reaction to hypocrisy and arguments about when life begins. EN: A split image compares Mars with Earth.
