Text on the meme

What it means

EN: A bearded man in camouflage stands in front of a reporter holding a microphone on a rural road, while a group of men gathers around a white pickup truck behind him and some climb into its bed. The man keeps talking about what is happening behind him without noticing the growing chaos, making the clip a sarcastic reaction to someone speaking confidently while oblivious to what is happening behind them.
