Halloween Cigarette Bowl
Newport HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!! Please only take 1 cig per kid Or just light one up, take a drag, and put it back Please don't steal the lighter.
A bowl of cigarettes is set out for trick-or-treating with a sign inviting children to take one cigarette each, or smoke one and return it. The joke is the absurdly inappropriate Halloween treat and the deadpan warning not to steal the lighter, parodying candy handouts.
