I Can't Go Back to PC-98

Text on the meme

Windows is so nice. You can use lots of colors, Photoshop is great, and tablets are so easy to use. I can't go back to PC-98 after this!

What it means

An anime girl happily praises modern Windows, colorful Photoshop, and easy-to-use drawing tablets while sitting beside an old beige desktop computer. The punchline is her dramatic refusal to return to PC-98, humorously contrasting modern creative tools with outdated hardware and software. It works as a reaction to discovering a convenient upgrade and being unable to tolerate an old system again.
