Making Code Faster with Progress Bar

Text on the meme

Making my code faster Adding a progressbar

What it means

An anime-style pink-haired girl wearing sunglasses appears in two panels. First she says she is making her code faster, then reveals that she is merely adding a progress bar, joking about confusing visible progress with actual performance improvement. This meme is used as a sarcastic reaction to superficial optimization or fake productivity.
