The Web Works by Requests
click! click! HTTP Request HTTP Response Hello, World! WEB Server The web works by you making Requests to servers on the net. You only get what you ask for. You can't "block" ads, ads can't force themselves upon you. You can request ads if you want. You can NOT request ads if you don't want them. YOU MUST NEVER FORCE OTHERS TO MAKE REQUESTS FOR THINGS THEY DON'T WANT WITHOUT THEIR CONSENT. Stop letting big tech ignore this serious issue of consent.

The accompanying text humorously argues that ads cannot appear unless requested, then extends the analogy into a serious statement about consent and criticizes big tech for ignoring it.
