NEW PHONE OK

What it means

A hand presents a bizarre homemade phone-like control box covered in switches, glowing buttons, wires, and colorful handset icons. As the controls are manipulated, the device produces chaotic electronic music and noise, turning the claim of a “new phone” into an absurd joke about an impossibly overcomplicated gadget.
