NEWS KAZUYA WILL HANG HIMSELF IN THE NEXT CHAPTER OF RENT-A- GIRLFRIEND

What it means

A black-and-white manga-style image shows Kazuya and Chizuru standing apart on a city street, with a news-style headline claiming that Kazuya will hang himself in the next chapter of Rent-A-Girlfriend. The joke exaggerates Kazuya’s ongoing romantic frustration and dramatic misfortune as a reaction to the painfully slow plot.
