I AM XXS

What it means

A black-and-white manga panel from Death Note shows Light Yagami in the foreground and L behind him, with L declaring, “I AM XXS.” The joke is an absurd body-size claim using the iconic characters as a reaction to being extremely thin or fitting into a very small size.
