What it means

A news-style meme reports that the PlayStation Network is down, showing a PlayStation service-status warning while an animated Joker laughs increasingly maniacally below. The joke treats Sony’s accumulating problems and the earlier disc-related controversy as entertainment for frustrated fans; the dramatic villain laughter makes the outage feel gleefully disastrous. The clip works as a reaction to yet another PlayStation failure, underscored by ominous, theatrical music and escalating Joker imagery.
