This Ad Can't Be Blocked

Text on the meme

this ad can't be blocked double outdoor

What it means

A bus-stop advertisement says “this ad can't be blocked,” but a piece of cardboard has literally been taped over and blocked part of the ad. The joke is a visual contradiction, making it a reaction to situations where something defeats its own claim or becomes unintentionally self-defeating.
