Traveling Salesman Amtrak Proposal

Text on the meme

me solving the traveling salesman problem hey guys check out my thoroughly researched Amtrak expansion proposal

What it means

A screenshot shows a map of North America covered in chaotic blue scribbles representing an absurdly overcomplicated train route. The joke is that the messy route is presented as a “thoroughly researched” solution to the traveling salesman problem and an Amtrak expansion proposal, making fun of impractical planning and optimization gone wrong.
