Grown Man Gets Scared by Boo

I'm a grown man I won't cry I can do this Boo! Kitty?

A black-and-white comic shows a grown man insisting that he will not cry and can handle a scary situation while watching a laptop. The joke cuts to scenes from Monsters, Inc. where Boo scares herself and searches for Kitty, making the supposedly brave man break down crying. It is used as a reaction to jokingly claim confidence before becoming emotionally overwhelmed by something frightening or adorable.
