Nun Exercises at the Gym
"exercise helps depression" me:
A person dressed as a nun works out on treadmills and gym equipment, then sits exhausted while holding dumbbells. The joke contrasts the cheerful advice that exercise helps depression with the nun’s dramatically miserable and unmotivated workout, making it useful as a reaction to forced self-improvement or feeling hopeless.
