A car is parked alone in the middle of a large circular area of asphalt, surrounded by clearly marked parking spaces and many other cars in the distance. The joke is that the driver has parked absurdly badly and selfishly, taking up an entire central area instead of using a normal space; people send it as a reaction to extreme inconsideration or terrible parking.
