Ridiculous Software Engineer Interviews

The interviewing process for software engineers is ridiculous: - Horrendous, irrelevant, coding problems. - Take-home assignments that are estimated for 2h, but if you actually do them in 2h they are not good enough and you're told that you've cut too many corners or whatever. - Processes that consist of 3 or more 1h-long technical interviews on top of other soft interviews. And all that so you can get hired to create yet another CRUD application.
