Katie Bouman’s Legendary Hard Drives

Text on the meme

Legendary computer scientist Katie Bouman with the hard drives containing the source code of her first “Hello World” React app.

What it means

Katie Bouman smiles with her arms spread over stacks of hard drives in a server room. The joke exaggerates the amount of hardware supposedly needed to store the source code for a trivial “Hello World” React app, making fun of bloated web development and beginner projects.
