Samsung Camera Blur Excuse

Moderator Dear customer, This is from sensor & lens characteristics. From that characteristics, you can enjoy like DSLR bokeh effect. For capturing the near distance object with clear picture of all the area, we recommend use digital zoom to secure proper distance between lens and the object. Thanks. Best regards,

A screenshot of a moderator’s awkward customer-service reply explaining blurry close-up photos as a deliberate DSLR-like bokeh effect. The joke is that instead of acknowledging a camera flaw, the response recommends using digital zoom and moving the phone farther away, making the excuse sound absurdly unhelpful.
