EN: At a conference, a man in a tracksuit explains how animation and staggered transitions can disguise slow loading. The slides show a “hanging” progress bar, a YouTube screen, and hotel recommendations; the joke is that the interface deliberately creates the illusion of loading while the system gets time to work. The clip sounds like a serious technical presentation, which makes the obviously manipulative trick funny as a reaction to a long loading process.
