What it means

A split-screen video shows a young man reacting with growing surprise while a red pen is examined in extreme close-up. The pen tip reveals unexpected internal parts that look like balls, then the video cuts to someone drawing and ends on a Burberry Hero perfume bottle. The joke is an absurd bait-and-switch reaction built around the suggestive close-up and an offensive final caption.
