I Hope It Breaks

Text on the meme

I'm extremely happy with mine! I hope it breaks

What it means

A Twitter exchange shows someone proudly displaying their Apple laptop and saying they are extremely happy with it, while another user replies, “I hope it breaks.” The joke is the deliberately hostile, envious reaction to someone’s expensive new device, used as a sarcastic response to humblebragging.
