Siri Can't Find the App Store

Text on the meme

Open the App Store It doesn’t look like you have an app named ‘App Store’. If you’d like, I can help you look for it on the App Store. App Store

What it means

A Siri dialog humorously claims that the device does not have an app called “App Store,” then offers to help find it there. The joke is the circular contradiction: Siri is already using the App Store’s name while treating it as a missing app, making this a reaction to absurd technological misunderstanding.
