Local Server to Edge Server

Text on the meme

You don't need this local server anymore? All you need is in the cloud. some time later... Now you need this brand new edge server

What it means

A three-panel cartoon shows a person discarding a local server after being told that everything can be hosted in the cloud. Some time later, he is told he needs a brand-new edge server, mocking how rapidly technology trends and infrastructure requirements change. It is used as a reaction to shifting tech advice, cloud hype, and unnecessary hardware upgrades.
