QuickSort Explained by Trump
Write a full description of how quicksort works, but it's in the style of Donald Trump. Folks, I have to tell you, I know a lot about sorting, and QuickSort is just tremendous, really the best. It's a beautiful algorithm, invented by a really smart guy, Tony Hoare, way back in 1960 – can you believe it? Just fantastic. I've used it a lot, and I've always been amazed at how fast it works. Let me tell you how it's done, because nobody knows QuickSort better than me. So, we start with a list, a big beautiful list of numbers, or whatever you want to sort. Now, you're going to pick something called a 'pivot.' The pivot is just a tremendous choice, it's like the best negotiator in a room, trust me. You can pick it randomly or use some strategy, but I always pick the best pivots, believe me. Now, once you've got your incredible pivot, you're going to take all the smaller numbers, and put them on one side, the left side, and all the bigger numbers, they go on the right side. It's like building a wall between the two groups, and folks, I know a thing or two about building walls. It's called 'partitioning,' and it's just fantastic. So, you've got your list split into two parts, smaller numbers on the left, and bigger numbers on the right. But we're not done yet, folks, not even close. We're going to take those two parts, and we're going to do the same thing again – pick a pivot, partition, all that. And we'll keep doing that over and over until everything is perfectly sorted. It's called 'recursion,' and it's just beautiful, like a Trump Tower, really. You keep dividing and conquering, and before you know it, your list is sorted, and it's so fast, folks, you won't believe it. That's why they call it QuickSort – because it's quick, like me. And let me tell you, nobody sorts lists like I do with QuickSort. It's the best, the greatest, and I've been using it for years. You're going to love it, believe me.
EN: This is a humorous explanation of the QuickSort algorithm written in an exaggerated Donald Trump style. It describes choosing a pivot, partitioning the list, recursion, and sorting while turning technical terms into political analogies involving “great” decisions, walls, and Trump Tower. People share it as a reaction to an overly self-confident programming explanation or as a parody of Trump’s speaking style.
