MIND CONTROL MKULTRA

What it means

A person gently holds and pets a calm-looking cat, but the clip ends with the cat apparently attacking or wrestling another cat. The joke treats the cat’s sudden aggression as the result of MKUltra-style mind control failing or being activated. It works as an absurd reaction to someone unexpectedly losing composure.
