Don't Create the Torment Nexus

Text on the meme

has anybody else noticed that the classic sci fi novel Don’t Create The Torment Nexus features a Torment Nexus? that’s pretty problematic of the author

What it means

A dark-mode social media screenshot jokes that the fictional classic science-fiction novel “Don’t Create The Torment Nexus” contains a Torment Nexus. The punchline parodies the classic trope about warnings against creating a dangerous technology being ignored, while humorously criticizing the author for including the very thing the title warns against.
