Trump Phone Coming Then Didn't

My Trump Phone is Coming My Trump Phone Didn't Come

What it means

A split-screen screenshot shows two YouTube thumbnails featuring a long-haired bearded man: in the first he appears excited, while in the second he covers his face in disappointment. The joke is the reversal between confidently announcing that the Trump Phone is coming and then reacting when it never arrives, used as a reaction to failed promises or delayed plans.
