This Is Not a Story

This is not a story Article Talk From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia This is not a story[a] is a story

What it means

A cropped Wikipedia-style page displays the absurd statement “This is not a story” while immediately defining it as a story. The joke comes from the contradictory, circular wording, making it useful as a dry reaction to someone denying an obvious story or overexplaining something trivial.
