Autistic Monkeys Are The Strokes
Scientists create the first ever autistic monkeys 28 January 201
A fake scientific headline appears above a photo of two baby monkeys, while an inset circle points to a photo of The Strokes. The joke misidentifies the band as the “autistic monkeys,” using the absurd contrast between a serious news report and a band portrait as a reaction to chaotic or socially awkward behavior.
